Stewardship at Castleton Community Church
At Castleton Community Church, we feel the heavy responsibility to be good stewards of what God has entrusted to us.

Luke 12:48 says, "Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required."
Therefore, it is important that we ensure adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard the church's financial resources, present transparent financial data, and uphold os 501(c)(3) status. Our elders review and analyze monthly financial statements to direct the mission of our church.
Finally, as part of our privacy policy, we maintain strict confidentiality regarding those who contribute to the ministries of Castleton Community Church and do not sell or make this information available except where disclosure is required by law.
Giving Stocks
If you would like to donate stock to the church, please begin by emailing Tim Davis what stock(s) you are donating and the number of shares. Also, please designate the fund you would like to support (General Fund, Global Missions, Local Missions, Benevolence, Building Fund, or Christmas Offering).
Then provide the following information to your brokerage:

Please allow 5-7 business days for stock to be processed, especially at year-end. Once we receive the stock(s) in our account, we will provide a letter of acknowledgment for use in preparing your income tax returns.
Operating Budget
Our annual ministry and operating budget is developed by our staff leadership, approved by the Elders, and presented to the congregation for review, questions, and approval by vote.
