Castleton KIDS
Our desire is to lead children to know and trust Jesus with the aim that they would grow to be God-centered, Christ-exalting, Spirit-dependent, Bible-saturated, doctrinal-grounded, faith-filled, mission-minded, spiritually mature men and women of God.
We believe that parents are the primary disciplers of their children. Therefore, we desire to work alongside our parents to build their child's faith in God. Our children's programming centers around God's transformative truth from the Bible and on helping children build strong relationships with peers and leaders.
Sunday Morning
During our worship hours, families are welcome to worship together in the sanctuary or check their children into Castleton KIDS. Classroom groupings are listed below for each service. Families can enter through the Family Entrance (Door 3) where our volunteers will greet you and help with the check-in process.

Gospel Project Curriculum
The Gospel Project is a Christ-centered, chronologically based study for children of all ages. Castleton Kids uses this curriculum for children from nursery through sixth grade. All children learn the same base lesson each week, with age appropriate differentiation. Children will bring home a Parent Page which describes what the child learned in class and ways for parents to further disciple their child through the week.
FALL 2024 UPDATE: We are excited to begin a new 3-year curriculum cycle with the Gospel Project curriculum. Check out the Weekly Parent Page for help discipling your children throughout the week.
Family Worship
At Castleton Community Church, we believe it is essential to teach children about the value of worshipping with other believers. On the first Sunday of every month during the school year, elementary classrooms close and families are encouraged to worship together in the sanctuary. We don't mind the extra wiggles and the loudly whispered questions. We hope families take advantage of the opportunity to model a rich worship environment for their children.
All children are welcome to sit with their guardians in the church service at any time. Busy bags are always available at the welcome desk. Nursery through 6th grade classes are available during the 9AM. Nursery through preschool classes are available during the 10:45AM service.

Family Worship
The first Sunday of every month is a Family Worship Sunday. Mark your calendars and prepare your hearts and your busy bags for a time of worship together. Nursery and preschool classes are offered during this time.
Parent Night
Join us Wednesday, September 18th at 7 PM for Castleton KIDS Parent Night. Hear from our pastors and children's ministry director on the vision, safety protocols, and discipleship tools that we have in place to support you in godly parenting of your children.
