How to Give to Castleton
On Jan 1, 2024, we are beginning the processes of switching over our giving platform away from OnlineGiving to Planning Center Giving. This is both easier to use and manage in the Church Center app AND will cost the church less in processing fees, so more of your gift goes to the ministries of Castleton.
Follow the detailed steps below or watch the quick highlight video to set you started. *Logging into your account on the Church Center App is the best and fastest way to set up giving.
SET UP PLANNING CENTER GIVING (APP OR ONLINE)
CHURCH CENTER APP
STEP 1: Open the CHURCH CENTER APP and LOG IN
STEP 2: Click on GIVING
STEP 3: Enter an AMOUNT & Click NEXT
STEP 4: Select the FUND & FREQUENCY
STEP 5: Select PAYMENT method or ADD a new one (Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card)*
STEP 6: Click GIVE NOW
*We highly encourage the use of your bank account for giving as the processing fees are significantly lower than with a Credit Card or Debit Card.
CHURCH CENTER ONLINE
STEP 1: GO to castletoncc.com/give
STEP 2: Click the ACCOUNT button at the top to LOG IN
STEP 3: Enter an AMOUNT, FUND, & FREQUENCY & Click NEXT
STEP 4: Select PAYMENT method or ADD a new one (Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card)*
STEP 6: Click GIVE NOW
*We highly encourage the use of your bank account for giving as the processing fees are significantly lower than with a Credit Card or Debit Card.
SET UP YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (INSTANT WITH STRIPE OR MANUAL ENTRY)
INSTANT BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
STEP 1: Select ADD A NEW PAYMENT METHOD
STEP 2: Click the AGREE AND CONTINUE
STEP 3: Select YOUR BANK (if not available, switch to manual process below)
STEP 4: Enter your BANK's LOGIN information*
