Prayer requests for Ukraine from Alfie and Julie Mosse:
- Pray for peace, the protection of God's image bearers, and the gospel to bring hope to those in despair.
- Pray for a quick cessation of fighting.
- Pray for wisdom and swift action from world leaders.
- Pray for the strength of the Ukrainian military as they protect their country.
- Pray for the chaplains who are embedded in the army.
- Please pray for churches to be the hands and feet of Christ, lights on the darkness. Many have prepared their basements as bomb shelters.
- Thank God with us that our own SEND team in Ukraine made it across the border to Poland. It was more than 45 hours for what is typically a 2-hour drive. Many Ukrainians are moving west but have nowhere to go.
- Thank God with us that Kyiv is still part of Ukraine.
- The family (with their two young boys) in our own apartment in Odessa have moved to a village outside the city to stay with relatives. Thank God with us they are safe.
- Please pray for many MK's either in Ukraine and evacuating with family or who are older living in their passport countries and worrying about parents, friends, the home they left.
- Bairam and Diliya are traveling to Moldova right now. Pray for safe passage.
- Pray for Pastor Igor and Grace Church in Odessa.
- Pray for Pastor Andrei and Ascension Church in Kyiv.

Pray Requests for Ukraine
As the crisis in Ukraine continues to escalate, Alfie and Julie (who lived in Odessa, Ukraine for many years) have shared with me some specific ways you can be praying:
Pray for our own SEND team in Ukraine which is moving across the border to Poland soon.
Please pray for churches to be the hands and feet of Christ, lights on the darkness. Many Ukrainians are moving west, but have no where to go. The family (with their two young boys) in our own apartment in Odessa so far will be sheltering in place.
Please pray for many MK's either in Ukraine and evacuating with family or who are older living in their passport countries and worrying about parents, friends, the home they left.
Pray for peace, the protection of God's image bearers, and the gospel to bring hope to those in despair.
Thank you, church!

My close friend, Susie Dobson, has been in the ICU almost three weeks with severe Covid. She's had so many medical issues! This evening, her pulmonologist told her without intubating her and putting her on a vent she's not going to live (she's 65). Her lungs are not recovering. Please pray that her lungs heal and that she certainly doesn't die! This is quite a turn of events. I've been in the ICU with her every day (I'm her POA) until I got Covid a week ago. Ugh. Too much to process. Thank you for praying!

Thank you all for praying for my dad. After 5 days in the hospital, he was released without needing oxygen. He is still experiencing weakness and some mild discomfort, but seems to be improving each day. He sends his deepest thanks to you for lifting him up in prayer!

Castleton Church family,
I would request that you please pray for my dad who has been hospitalized since Thursday 12/2 with covid pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, and has not seen great improvement yet. In addition to healing, would you pray that I would be able to advocate well for him since in Michigan they won't allow visitors, and for the doctors to have wisdom to give the best treatment. We've already been greatly supported, but would ask for continued prayers.
Thank you! Love you all!

Urgent prayer request for the Foltz family. Their youngest son Nathan fell and broke his femur as well as some other injuries. He is needing emergency surgery in Bangkok several hours away. Please pray for favor and skilled doctors. Bangkok is very locked down due to COVID and so it could be difficult getting Nathan admitted quickly, please pray he is able to be seen and operated on as soon as possible. In all this, pray for God's peace in the midst of a very stressful and painful situation. Thank you!

Please pray for India as their nation is in crisis with the latest wave of covid cases. The situation is dire and they need our prayers! Pray also for our global partners with Good News For India. They have asked for prayer for many of their pastors and seminary graduates who are currently battling covid and are in critical condition. Pastor John Varghese has said over 50 pastors have died in the last week. Please pray for God to have mercy on our brothers and sisters in India as well as the millions of unreached they live alongside.
