THANK YOU for continuing in prayer. One of Andy’s sons sent this update tonight: “They started the plasma treatment last night at 10. Dad said he felt great after it. He even felt good enough to call everyone this morning. However, they are moving him to ICU right now to more closely monitor his breathing. Temperature today has not gotten over 101 which is good but they also put him on 4 liters of oxygen to get his levels back up.”

Please continue in prayer for my cousin Andy. His docs are discontinuing the anti-malarial drug because it was not working. His temperature is 103F and his oxygen is 92. They will start using ice packs to try to lower his temperature. He's also on fluids due to diarrhea which began last night. They are consulting with his kidney transplant doc to decide if he can be given plasma from a recovered COVID patient. Please also pray for his wife Pam as she is the main caregiver for her 95 year old mom who lives with them. Pray for rest - mind and body - in God's peace.

My friend, Sandy DeVilles is in the memory unit at Carmel Health Care and has been tested positive for covid-19. There are other positives on her unit. She is still well and is a believer. Pray for God’s healing. God Bless.

Thank you for praying for my cousin Carl. He is home now. Praise the Lord! He is still on oxygen as needed but appears to be on the mend.
Also, a friend of the family, Tammi Jones, passed Friday afternoon from COVID-19 and pneumonia. Please pray for her family to be comforted. Her husband and loved ones were not allowed to be with her. They know and love the Lord but are grieving her loss.

Here is the prayer we prayed and delivered to the healthcare workers that Pastor Tommy mentioned this morning. Would you pray it with us?
To All The Heroes At Community East,
We want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your tireless work amidst this present crisis. Our church strongly desires to express how grateful we are for your personal sacrifice and your care for those who are suffering.
May this meal in a small way bring strength to you both physically and spiritually, knowing that there are people interceding, before God, on your behalf.
Here is our prayer for you all:
Protection: Heavenly Father, we ask you to protect the health care workers at Community East Hospital. We ask that you guard them both body and soul from the horrors of this pandemic. Protect them from discouragement and renew their hope each day knowing that the God who made them is their shield.
Presence: Father, many of these men and women are being asked to be present with those who are dying alone. Lord, as they are providing their presence to the suffering, would You remind them that You are an ever-present help in trouble. Be near to them in moments that are overwhelming, and may Your Spirit give them wisdom in these weighty moments.
Peace: Lastly, when these men and women go home to bed each night, with the weight of the world on their shoulders, we ask that You grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, You sent Your Son Jesus to bring peace to our hearts, and so we ask that these servants feel & know this peace now and forevermore.
If anyone would desire to talk to a pastor about the burdens you are carrying, we are more than willing to help carry those burdens.
May the God of Peace grant you His peace and hope today.

Please pray for my niece Mallory, who is now in labor with her third son (at least 4 weeks early) in Charlotte. Little Jude is breach and likely will be delivered by C-section then cared for in the NICU. Mallory and her husband lost a perfectly healthy baby at 38 weeks a year and a half ago after the umbilical tangled in a knot. They are emotionally and spiritually fragile. Thank you.
