Ron Eskew -update Follow up appt this last week. Staples removed and X-ray shows everything in place properly. Struggling still with balance of pain in how much activity to do. He has work that has to be done but that seemed to push the pain limits last week. Prayer for wisdom on balance of activity and also pain management with sleep. Marilyn- I need help with wisdom for how to help Ron and not push beyond my pain limits. I need better routine in the surgery recovery and well as the stay at home order. Thank you community for all your support. Yours prayers have been felt.

Please pray for my work team at Community Home Health. We provide home medical equipment so therefore we are still open to serve patients. We have staff on the front lines too. The days are long and exhausting but praise God that He is in control of every molecule, every virus. Trusting Him and remembering His everlasting goodness and kindness. Thank you beloved church family. I’ve been praying for you!

Please pray for our daughter Shawna. She’s a nurse at St Vincent Hospital and has been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms for several days. Her doctor ordered testing. She is currently in line waiting her turn at Eli Lilly where they are testing doctors and nurses. Results coming back 1-3 days. She asked for prayer that she be well enough to return to work ASAP, and that her family (husband and 3 children) be spared from this virus. Thanks!

Please pray for us (the girls and I) as we will be without Jeff this week. For those of you who may not know this, we serve as missionaries with Cru. On a normal week, Jeff's minor role (not his full job) as a crisis manager is barely a blip on the radar. It has picked up significantly as COIVD-19 has spread. He has been asked to be in Orlando all week to prep the ministry for long term functioning in the coming weeks and months. I'm so glad he is so good at his job, but would love it if he were home. Pray for a glad and peaceful heart as I share him and we all miss him this week. Pray for health and safety as the team works and he travels to where most of the people are. Pray for wisdom for our leaders. We have been encouraged to see how they have walked with Jesus and cared for the staff in the midst of it. Praise God that my mom is able to come from IL to be with us this week!!
